Any dogs using the dog walking field must be adequately vaccinated and wormed. If your dog is showing any signs of illness do not use the field and be respectful to other pets and owners.

Bookings are non refundable.

Bookings can be re-scheduled up to 24hours in advance of your booking.

The dog walking field can only be booked using our online booking system on this website. Every booking is private, you will be the only person present during your time slot. After you have booked you will receive an email confirmation and a gate code to access the field 4 hours before your appointment. The code is changed regularly.

Your time slot includes the time it takes to enter and leave the field. Appointments are booked back to back so please respect the next user and their time slot.

If you are late, you must still leave at the end of your session.

If the previous user is still in the field at the start of your booking time please contact us.

Do not arrive early as it can be disruptive to users of the field and parking space is limited.

Your booking is personal to the hirer, who accepts the T&Cs when bookings, and can not be transferred.

It is your responsibility to pick up all of your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bins provided. Please take any other litter home with you when you leave.

Do not let your dog(s) dig holes in the field.

You may not exercise your dog(s) outside of the designated secure dog walking field.

You must enter the field and close the gate before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle.

Only park on the hard standing and not on the grass.

There is no litter bin or toilet on site.

Any activities (tyres, logs, tunnels etc) within the field are to be used at your own risk. We accept no responsibility to users or dogs for any accidents while using these items. Please ensure you and your dog(s) are using the field and contents in an appropriate way for
fitness, age and physical ability. The equipment is for dogs and not humans.

You agree that your use of the field is at your own risk. You agree to not hold ‘Overstone Grange Farm Ltd’ or ‘Northampton Dog Walking Field’, its owners or its staff responsible for any injury to you, friends, family, your vehicle or your dogs arising from your use of the field.

The field is a large outdoor space. The ground is uneven and contains areas of stones/mud/wet ground/holes which could be concealed in the long grass or vegetation please take care.

There may be overhanging branches from trees or hedges around the field which may fall or have fallen into the field. It could also contain other hazards consistent with the countryside. We check and maintain the field regularly to make sure it is fit for you. Any issues please contact us so we can rectify.

We cannot be held responsible for the activity or noise from neighbouring fields and areas as these are out of our control.

We accept no responsibility for injury, illness or death of your dog(s) from using our facilities. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.

You agree not to let anyone else into the field other than people you have bought with you to enjoy walking your dog. Your dog(s) must not be left unattended at any time and remain your responsibility during your visit. By bringing friends/family or sending someone in your place, you agree to take full responsibility for their safety and ensuring they abide by these terms and conditions at all times.

Children may come with a responsible adult and be supervised at all times. You are responsible for making sure they do not injure themselves or break any of these terms and conditions. The field has not been made child safe and certain elements may pose a hazard to children (non-child proof dogs bins for example).

Please do not wander the farm land around the dog walking field. Please keep your dog on a lead at any time you are not within the secure field to reduce risk from passing cars on the road or on the entrance.

Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere.

We inspect the field and fencing regularly. Holes or other damage to the fence or the field may occur from time to time. If you become aware of any issues with the fencing or the field please let us know immediately so we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot however, take any responsibility for any dog(s) escaping whether or not there is a defect in the fence.

If you are using the field for business purposes, eg dog walking you must have public liability insurance to cover your business activities.

We may need to vary these terms and conditions from time to time.
