• A copy of exemption certificate and public liability insurance documents must be emailed to: [email protected] ahead of your visit.
• Banned breeds must be muzzled in the car, drive into the field, close and lock the gate behind you and only then release your dog into the field. Once in the field muzzle and lead can be removed.
• Only people and dogs from your household can come, no meet ups or training.
• The dog is micro chipped.
• The dog is neutered.
• The dog is on the lead, put back in the car with muzzle before leaving the secure field.

Yes, you can park securely in the field before removing your dog from the car. Please do not arrive early for your session as parking is limited.

Please clear up your dog poo with the bags provided and place it in the dog poo bin. Failure to do so may result in a ban.

The dog field is fully fenced with 1.8m dog fencing. There is also a 2 entry gate system so when you open your car the dog is secure. 

Bookings are only taken through this website via our booking page, you can’t book via email, on the phone or pay on the day.

You will receive an automatic email when you book to confirm your booking. If you do not receive this, please contact us, it is usually because of a typo in the email address. Your booking is not confirmed until your receive the email confirmation. 

All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through the customer portal.

No, if you are late for your booking you must still leave at the end of your slot. Bookings are made back to back so please make sure you vacate on time.

If you arrive and someone is still using the field and don’t appear to be leaving. Either politely ask them or give us a call on 0785533706.

Yes, every bookings is for exclusive use of the field and you wont share with anyone. Please arrive and leave promptly for your appointment.

In order to access the Customer Portal, you must first create a booking. Once you have done this, you will receive your login information and be able to access the portal at any time via the login link at the top of the website. From there, you can view and manage your booking slots.

The gate code will be emailed to you 4 hours before your booking. If you book within the 4 hour window, you will receive it 30mins before your booking. 

No, currently there is no water supply at the field so please bring some for your dog.
