Each booking will be confirmed by email. The gate code will be sent to you four hours in advance by email. Please do not share the gate code number. It will be changed regularly to ensure security.

Bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through the customer portal. You can view our FAQs for more information.
